Alternative Chemo

Question
I am currently giving my 8 year old Golden Retreiver who has been diagnosed with SCC, which is located at the very front of the nasal passage, N-Tense (2 capsules twice a day) and Pau D'Arco (1 capsule twice a day).  I am wondering how you feel about him also taking Piroxicam, 1 10ml capsule every other day and a 20ml capsule on the alternate day, he is also taking cytotec one three times a day. He has been on this medication for nearly 4 weeks now, since his biopsy and diagnosis.  Should the growth start to inhibit his breathing we have opted to have it de-bulked as necessary. Research has told me that surgery (rhinoplasty) is not a solution, so rather than opt for that, I have decided to go down the route of chemo, both medical and herbal as mentioned above, what are your thoughts, I would be very interested to hear.  PS, the nostril does not bleed, unless he rubs it on the floor or has a violent sneeze (which is very rare).

As for the Piroxicam, it can be very helpful with CA canines.  The only side effect can be gastric / belly troubles...
Just watch for that and feed him this drug on a full belly or with some cheese.
