Our pit has been in labor for 24 hr and just had first pup with my assistance i had had to pull the pup and the pup was dead does this mean the all will be dead?

Answer
There is no way to know that. A lot of times the first one is stuck and thus dead and then they deliver the rest fine. Not always. If she doesn't have the next pup within two hours you need to call your vet. She may need a c-section or you could lose her and all of the puppies.
