whats wrong?

my kitten, Ryder, has been acting unusual for two days now. He's been sleeping ALOT, it looks as if he's weak in the legs because he rarely stands. and when i set him down, it looks like hes collapsing. He also feels hot to the touch so maybe he has a fever? He hasn't been eating as much now, nor drinks. normally hes a  pig! And his eyes roll to opposite sides as if he were to be cock eyed. Please let me know if he needs immediate attention

Yes he needs immediate attention. Kittens do not have much reserve Jessica, and when they are running a fever, which is sounds like he is, they need fluids and antibiotics right away. He is getting dehydrated also, which is why he is weak and cannot stand up.
You really need to call your vet or an ER vet tonight or he may not make it through the night. If you can get some fluids into him, like some Pedialyte or Gatorade, with an eyedropper or syringe, then he might be okay until tomorrow. But he needs that kind of fluids, not just water. He needs glucose and sodium like you get in electrolytes.

Please at least call the vet tonight and ask them. Let me know how he does.
