picked up a lil kitten!!

hello! i was on my way home from school and there was a kitten walking into the street so my mom pulled over and told me to go get it and put it back in the yard. when i went to go get the kitten i picked it up and its eyes were matted completely closed with eye discharge (those boogies they get on their eyes) and it had a cut on its chin! it was also rail thin! i ended up taking her home with me cause clearly she would have died walking into oncoming traffic without sight! my mom washed her eyes off and took care of her chin but shes not very active and im scared that she might have some medical issues. any ideas??

The best chance for this kitten is to find an integrative veterinarian to examine it and help you treat it. Not being very active could just be from hunger, so if you feed it, it may become more active.
