Dachshund Skin Problems

I have a six year old minature dachshund that has been healthy and lively until about 4 months ago.  She started to lose hair and her skin became crusty and her stomach has black spots.  She has lost weight and is very thin.  Her skin has a terrible odor.  Her eyes drain and get crusty.  I have been to three vets and a dermatologist.  He diagnosed her after blood work, urine, biopsy with vasculitus.  She has been on numerous types of medicines and is now on something new.  No results - she is not better.  I have had this little girl since she was six weeks old and I am looking for anything I can do to find out what is wrong.  She does not appear to be in pain - she has no energy but eats like crazy and still does not gain weight.  Help please.

WHAT medicines has she been on?  Names, doses and duration of treatment...with any response?

What was she diagnosed with besides the vasculitis?  

Any thyroid disease?  

Skin infections--bacterial and/or yeast?

What food does she eat?  Has her diet been changed?  How is her appetite?

Is she itchy?

Do you bathe her at home?  If so, with what shampoo?

Is she on any vitamins or supplements?
