RABIES.Please help me doctor. Im in great depression.

Will I get Rabies?
So it all began 2-3 days ago. I was passing by the road when I saw a black dog [ I know her very well] and a new puppy with her. Don 't know if she was his mother. As I was passing by, Both of them started fighting and barking at each other.They were 6-7 foot away from me [ I HAVE OCD ] I thought that some of the saliva might have entered my eye or my wounds on my hands and legs.I didn't care at that time.
But yesterday, I came to know that little puppy bit 4-5 children yesterday and Now I'm Horrified. And I'm starting to believe that Some amount of saliva maybe a minute drop might have entered my eye or mouth or wound. Please help! Will I get rabies?

The little puppy could not have rabies.

When any person or animal is in the last stages of the rabies disease, when they are ready to bite - they are within 1-10 days of dying from the disease. Also, it is only in 10 days prior to death that they can transmit the disease.

For extra assurance, if the mother and puppy are still alive 10 days after you thought you were exposed, there is absolutely no way you could have been infected.

While theoretically rabies can be transmitted just be getting saliva on you, it does not seem to happen. Rabies is usually transmitted only through an actual bite wound.
