Answer
The puppy needs more than vegetarian food to grow properly. While you and I might be vegetarians, dogs need some meat protein to provide proper enzymes to grow a strong and healthy body. I don't know what kind of food you have available to you but we recommend Science Diet Puppy Growth Small Bites. These are made just for little dogs and have the optimal nutrition that this pup needs to grow strong and healthy. Hill's Science Diet foods have over 50 years of Veterinary research behind their foods and thousands of feeding trials to prove that their food does what it promises.

You can read about it here:

Start your puppy on this (you can buy it online worldwide) and you will see a healthy, shiny coat and a happy puppy in less then three weeks. A tonic is not what this puppy needs, but a whole, nutritious food made for dogs.

Milk is the last thing this puppy needs. Dogs and cats are lactose intolerant once they are weaned from their mothers.

As far as nemocide is concerned, the dosage for a small puppy is (according to a site I found in India):
Nemocid ( 5mg / kg b/w ) i.e. if the body weight is 1 kg. give 0.1 to 0.2 ml

Continue every 15th day upto 3 months according to body weight.

After 3 months deworm once in three months

So that is 5 mg per kilogram of weight. A 2.1 lb dog would get 5 mg. If the dog weighs 3 pounds then give 5.5 mg etc.

I hope that helps.
