Question
My fish is a betta fish. She has lived for about a year or so but I havent had a problem with her health until now. Her eyeball has like swallowen. It has like a bubble surrounding it. I cleaned her tank hoping it would help. But I dont know. Could it have been from bacteria?

Answer
Hi Amie!Yes, it more than likely has come from bacteria. There is a fish condition refered to as Bloat Eye and this is a bacterial infection of the eye. You can find little tablets to put in her tank to heal infection, and these can be found at any pet store that sells fish.
I hope this has helped! If you have any more questions feel free to ask!
Wishing your fishie well!
