WHEN DO PUPPIES START TO BARK. SO FAR, MY COCKAPOO DOESN'T. THANKING U IN ADVANCE 4 ANY HELP U CAN GIVE.

Puppies usually only bark if they need to or are startled and scared. You should be very grateful that he hasn't started because these dogs by nature are very barky dogs and that is not good manners in dogs.
Don't encourage him and when he barks for appropriate reasons, then you can tell him he is a good dog. But when and if he barks for no reason except to bark, that is when he needs training, (a firm NO! or OFF!) to teach him that it is not appropriate to just bark to hear yourself bark.

He will bark when it is needed. Don't worry too much about it.
