eating earplugs

My cocker spaniel ate my silicone ear plugs.  Will this hurt her, or will she be able to pass these in her bowel movements?

Hi Milton!It does sound as though an allergy is present, but it also seems that perhaps these sores have become infected. Taking her to a veterinarian for antibiotics would be the only way to cure an infection, if there is in fact one present. Giving her a bath with baby shampoo may help clean the sores and progress the healing.
