Questionthanks for your time. I have a cocker mix that I rescued as a stray. She had moles on her body which I had surgically removed--one was on her anus which was scary so abut 7 other moles were removed at the same time. Now she has about 30 moles all over her body--some big some very small. My vet said it was a virus. Is there anything that can be done? She rubbed one off and it bled a lot so now I am very concerned. Thank you for any insight.
AnswerThey are warts most likely from a papilloma virus. You can apply neosporin to the open ones. Otherwise the only thing to do is boost up her immune system with something like Echinacea, Noni or Transfer Factor (www.transferfactor.com).
Good luck,
