Setting up new Salt water Tank

I have the CPR BAK PAK 2 protein skimmer it is very noisy can I replace the powerhead for a less noisy one or what can I do?

Unfortunately I have the exact same CPR model.  I do not believe you can replace it with another less noisy model.
I even checked with CPR but they were no help.

I fill my tank right up to the black spout in the tank.  This makes it a bit more quiet
