hello, i was thinking of getting a marbled cat shark (white spotted bamboo shark), and just had a few ?'s about it. From the time its born, how long does it take for it to start eating some of my fish which are also in the tank. And also how much they grow over time (is it like 6in per year, 12 in, etc.). thanks, justin

these fellas need ALOT of room, i would say they are probably the worst fish to keep in an aquarium. they will eat any fish they can fit in their mouth (they don't hatch that small either)

i would say if you dont have at least 1000gal tank forget it, you will be hard pused to find someone who will take it off your hands when it outgrows your tank.
