Red Cap Orlanda Goldfist - Cap getting bigger and block the fish eye

Hi Chris,

I have a Red Cap Orlanda and recently I realized that she didn't eat any food but quietly staying in 1 corner.

Later I found out that it may due to the red cap where it growing bigger and bigger and block her eye sight. Basically the both eyes are block by the red cap.

Is there a way to help her?

You may have to find a fish veterinarian. The only way to remove excess "wen" on orandas is with surgery. If you can locate a Koi/goldfish society or club in your area, they could probably help you too. Here are some web pages about wen surgery;
