wierd fish behaviour

hey! i have 4 new angel fishs, and 1 of them sometimes chases others and kinda hooks together on the mouth, like their kissing. i also have tiger barbs that do this too but instead they spin around when they are hooked up on the mouth. what does this mean? is this normal?

Yes, it is normal behavior for Angelfish.  Angelfish are cichlids and the behavior is called lip locking.  Cichlids lip lock to show dominance and also use it as part of mating.  Since your Angelfish are newly introduced to your tank, I would assume they are fighting over territory.  A little squabbling over space is fine, but watch your fish closely over the next week for signs of illness and stress.  Sometimes they can't resolve their issues and will beat each other to death.
