birth,swordtails,new to tropical fish

i think that my female swordtail is pregnant as she has an inflamed underside and is hiding out in the bog wood,i have found one fry and i have it held in a net suspended in the water  but what i need to know is how they are born so i know how to find the rest although i only have 2 swordtails and 2 platys so they are not over aggressive but still i need all the information i can get please send some thanks

She probably gave birth to more as one baby is rare!

The other remaining fry are either hiding or have been eaten.

Keep searching, there are bound to be more!

You best off getting a breeding net as they offer more room than fish net, I used the fish net at first when my guppies gave birth as I couldn't get out to my local store but my guppies are now in the breeders net  :)

Feed small amounts of crushed flake or baby brine shrimp three times a day.
