Question
I have a orange brown fungus growing in my tanks i've cleaned them and it keeps coming back. Some of my fish are dying please help

Answer
Hello,

If your fish are dying then it is likely a water quality problem causing the fungus and deaths. You should check your nitrites, ammonia and phosphates. If any of those are too high, immediately do a 50% water change. If your nitrites or ammonia are to high, you may want to add a product called Cycle as well. If phosphates are too high, you should add Green-X to your filter. It is also a good idea to syphon your gravel.

You may want to add some aquarium salt to help your fish fight infection.

I hope this helps.

Stephanie
