Black moore fish chasing smaller one

Hi,
I have two black moore fish living in a 16 litre tank.
The larger one has started to chase the smaller one round the tank and I'm not sure if they are playing or the larger one is being a meanie. Can you help ?

Hi Parsley,
Does it appear that the other fish is really getting injured? Sometimes fish behave in the manner that you mentioned and neither ever get injured. It could also be possible that you have a male and female and they are attempting to spawn.Just keep observing them to make sure there are no injuries. Usually with Black Moors there isn't a lot of problems with them being aggressive.
