In your opinion, who makes the highest quality, all glass, fresh or salt water, prebored tank on the market?  By prebored I am referring to a tank which has one or more corners bored through the bottom glass for filtration purposes.

I think the best tanks are locally made ones. I know where I live there is a company that makes tanks. This way you get a quality glass thickness and size. However, as a general rule, I don't think there are any brands that are far more superior then others. I recommend browsing your local pet store and comparing tanks. You should check glass thickness, price, accesories, feeding accesibility and whether or not it comes with a hood/cover. As for a pre-bored tank, I have never seen one. Again, a local tank maker may be the best option as you may be able to request a custom tank for this.
