Cherry Tetra

One of Cherry Tetra's all of a sudden is very fat, I suspect she is in the family way, do tetra's give live birth or lay eggs?  Thanks in advance

Just saw your question in our question pool, so sorry for the delay in answering.

If it's not too late, and you've already found out.....  tetras lay eggs.  The only ones that have live babies/fry are the livebearers like mollies, guppies, platies, swordtails, think there's one or two other I can't think of at the moment.
