every fish in my tank

ok big problem all my fish except my oscars have problems balas are dieing from ick which is not getting any better even wit the meds and my minnows have red bacteria al over and their skin is seriously bulging like gold fish and my fish tank has ammonia,so i need as much med info for this as i can get without killing them. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would separate the ich fish from the other sick fish (separate tanks) first so that you can treat them with only one type of medication. Ich I would continue what you are doing, increase th air supply in the tank, and turn up the temp in the tank. This will increase the speed of the ich lifecycle and possibly make the medication more effective.
Are you sure it is bacteria and not a parasite?
