Can I use bottled spring water to start my tank

Is this a healthy way to start a tank? Thanks

It would be a rather expensive way to do so and you have to make sure that there is no NaCl or chlorine of any sort in it.  I once changed a betta tank with Dasani water and it killed the fish.  Also, bottled water has no buffering capability.  I would suggest just using plain tap water with a dechlorinator
