Is my guppy sick or just pregnant?

I came downstairs this morning and noticed that my guppy was swimming sideways. Her stomach has been getting really big so we thought she was pregnant. Is swimming sideways normal for pregnant fish? If not, what could be wrong with her?

Pregnant female guppies should swim around pretty normal and only maybe hide a little more than usual. Without knowing anything about the water chemistry, size of the tank, other inhabitants, how long the tank has been set up, etc., I really don't know what could wrong. Let me know more details and maybe we can figure out what's going on. Make a 25% water change to help with possible water problems in the meantime...
