1.5 gallon tank

I purchased a 1.5 gallon tank and just wanted some small fish to go with. 3 died all at once because we were told it could hold 3 small fish. I want to know what kind of fish and how many i should put in my tank. And besides a betta because i really dont like them. Thanks

Ooh tough one. As most tropical fish require a gallon per inch of them. Judging from that rule of thumb I wouldn't put more than two in.  Maybe 2 Neon Tetras or Zebra Danios.
Though Betta's are usually the only recommended fish for that size tank. You could try smaller ones...But I wouldn't put anymore than two.
