Question
Ummm,
Hi!!! I'm Karalyn, and I have recently purchased two new fish. Both happen to be Dalmation Mollies-a boy and a girl. Now, I am new to the whole fish-baby-making deal, so some good tips and advice would mean a great deal to me; as I want to make sure that the babies have a healthy, safe environment-**and I am a little worried-**
Umm, I hope to hear back from you soon!
                                         Happy Holidays &
                                        Thanks Soo Much!!!

Answer
Karalyn,
Depends on what is in the tank with the mollies
Mollies are fish that require salt in the water to do really well.
they require greenery in their diet either plants or spinach.
Water temp should be around 78, ph slightly alkaline 7.2-7.8.
You should have some bunch plants or floating plants so that the babies have places to hide and feel secure.
If you are going to have a community tank you have to be careful that you don;t put fish in that will eat the babies.
You should also have a trio, two females one male is the ratio that you should look to get.
that way the males can;t harrass the females if there are more of them, they can;t be everywhere at the same time.
If you need more assistance, just ask.
