Irr sharks

Question
I just got a 20 gallon fish tank. My problem is that both my Irr sharks have ICH. What do I do. I hope what you tell me to do will not make me have to clean out my very clear tank. Also the sharks and my little tiny 1/2 in. crayfish will not eat. When is the appropriate time to feed the sharks. Also will my sharks when big enough eat my other fish. Please help.
