Fish tank lighting

Hi Karen,
I have been considering using one of the multicolour LED fish tank lights that are available, such as the nexus units.
Do you think these are a good idea or do you think the different light will cause problems ?

Dear Andy,
Some fish are bothered or even panicked by certain lights. The Led Multicolor tank lights may do nothing but cause the fish to be constantly stressed and alarmed, especially if the light changes color regularly. Not only that, you won't be able to see your fishes true color or see their true behavior if they are at a constant state of stress.
It's usually just better to stick to florescent lighting. ;-)
