female green sword-freshwater

Question
I believe my female greensword is pregnant...looks like she has a large gravid spot.
She seems to have looked like this for quite sometime. She lost her male partner weeks ago and the tank has been through a heavy case of ich treatment.
She seems to hide all the time, and seems to breathe heavy(her belly is quite puffy) and she is hardly eating. The last few days, she is at the surface in the corner. Do you know what any of this means? Is she going to deliver her fry soon or do you think she is sick?
