replacing tank edging

Question
this was my question I asked and the response. It wouldn't let me as a follow up with him so I am going out on a limb and asking you:
HI!
I found a great deal on a 155 gallon aquarium. The problem is that it doesn't have the trim on it
(the top nor the bottom). I am looking online to try and find somewhere you can buy it but most
places only go up to 90gallon. Help me please. I want to buy it but don't want to end up not being
able to use it because I can't find those pieces

Answer   Do you mean the silicone?

You can add that one yourself with any silicone gun. Should take roughly 3 minutes.

You can just put a small sheet of styrofoam on the bottom.

The silicon is intact but the black plastic edging broke off and that is what I need to replace. I tried glasscages.com and they only go up to 90 gallon. Any ideas?

Answer
Hi angela:  I would try the manufacturer of that tank... if they cannot provide it for you I would not buy the tank at all as the risk of it coming apart is greater without the molding to help bridge the glass... I would also ask how old the tank is and why there is no trim?  is it a glass tank or acrylic?  dave
