possible sick fish

Hi I have a small light orange fish, I don't remember the of the fish but if this helps there are orange, green, red & yellow of these fish.
So my fish has a lump on the bottom of it's body more towards the front. It's seems to be getting bigger. I have one other fish with it, a male guppy. Could you help me diagnose this? Thank you for your time. Allee

Hi Allee;

Without a description of the lump I am at a disadvantage I'm afraid. If you could tell me what it looks like such as;

Color- Whitish? Yellowish? Pink, red, brown, variable in color?

Texture- Is is smooth all over? Rough-looking? Is it more like a wart, kind of like cauliflower?

Shape- Rounded? Elongated? Does is stick out from the body like it's sort of hanging there? Is it more flat against the body?

Let me know and we can go from there. You could also take a digital photo and attach it to your followup question.
