You may notice that your Clown Loach may become picker at their choice of food, accepting only fresh or high quality ones a couple weeks before breeding. During mating, Clown Loaches may make clicking noises, and swim close to each other, generally in the top half of the aquarium, close to the surface. If you want to keep as much fry as possible, it's necessary to separate the eggs from he parents, as the parents will eat their own eggs.
