my fantail is having trouble

well where can you get a shelled pea? could it be her getting ready to lay eggs and how long to fast and let her kno she's swimming a bit more today not alot but more than yesturday. this is still concerning my fantail swiming alittle and staying in one spot.

You have to shell the pea yourself. You cook it and then remove the shell. DO NOT feed the shell to the fish because the fish cannot digest it. Fast the fish for 2 days. On the third day feed the shelled pea and then fast for 2 days again. You will then fast them once a week and the day after the fast you feed the shelled pea. Make sure you make the pea in very small bite size pieces.
