airbubbles in my tank

hello there,I am wondering if the accumulation of tiny airbubbles on the top of the water will affect my betta fish,it always occurs a day after I clean the tank and add new treated water....ty

Are you sure that bubbles are not being made by the fish? Male Betta's, and sometimes females, make bubble nests. Is there a filter in the tank, do you have an air stone? If the bubbles are not being made my the male, and you do not have a filter, which is a good thing, you can try adding an air stone to help circulate the water.
