Flower Horns eyes

My flower horn is 6 months old and his eyes became blurry. Covering entire both eyes with white soft covering, he is having hard time seeing things specially foods. ( looks like cataract to me)

Note: Both eyes swell too.

Hi Mark,
 Is there another fish in the tank?  It sounds like another fish has been attacking your flowerhorn.  The good news is that fish eyes are remarkably resilient and if he is left alone for a few days the eyes typically clear up.
