Bala shark black color fading

Question
I have 2 bala sharks in a 30 gallon tank and today i noticed one of the bala shark black fading on its tail and fins.  Is something wrong with it?

Hi Lark,
  Is it possible that your "normal" bala shark is chasing and even biting the "fading" one?  That's what it sounds like so keep an eye out for that.
