Fish Is Sideways

Ok. My goldfish has doing ok then it started swimming sideways and it swims and all but it just freaked me out when it didnt move, but when i shake the bowl a little it moves. I was just wondering if anything is wrong?

Hi Pedro,
  Hmmm... it doesn't sound like everything is right.  Have you been doing regular partial water changes on the water in the bowl.  You need to change about 20% of the water once a week at least to keep your fish healthy.
