Constipated Fish

Question
I have an Oscar who has a bulge from where it passes waste he is also floating on one side. he trys to swim down but floats back up.. it looks like intestines are coming out, hemroids or like he is trying to poop.. Any ideas to help or will it die

Hi Andrea,
  That doesn't sound good. It sounds like he has an intestinal infection.   There are medicines that try to cure that: look for things that treat hexamitia but to be honest the odds are not great.
