Texas cichlid not eating

Question
Hi Ron---my 2.5" Texas cichlid has trapped itself in a rock for ten days and isn't coming out at all to eat.  There are a blood parrot and a convict in the tank too.  Both slightly bigger.   They were all getting along fine for the past 6 months.

Is there a cause for concern?  Should I remove that rock?

Hi Larry,
  There may be cause for concern, but definitely do not remove that rock.  The fish may simply be trying to avoid getting picked on.  

  Unfortunately the fact that they got along before doesn't mean that that cannot change in an instant.  Keep an eye on things.
