does my one-eyed fish need any special care

I have a one-eyed red glass barb.Is there anything special that I should do?

Hi Seth,
You must find out the reason why he lost his eye.  Is there another fish that is harassing him?  Did it start with a disease such has popeye or cloudy eye?  
If none of these apply, and your fish looks otherwise healthy, all you can do is keep your water safe from ammonia, and make sure he eats.
Many fish lose their eye due to disease.  After they are cured, they do well, and can live a long time.
