kissing gourami tank mates

hi we currently have 2 kissing gouramis, 3 clown loaches, 1 red tailed black shark and a bristtlenose catfish in our 200l tank, all the fish our currently young.we our planning on getting another tank next year to house the gouramis but in the mean time was wondering weather we would be ok to add tiger barbs to this tank or any other suggestions would be welcome.

Hello Martin,
Unfortuantly tiger barbs are fin nippers and are known to be aggressive, so are best kept in species tanks unless you keep 6+ at once.
I would probably go for something like (seings though you have larger fish) 2 dwarf gouramis, they are small but won't grow big and will get on with your tank inhabitants. Or you could just not add anyfish for now?
