sunset and mickey mouse platies

hey linda remember me! um i was cleaning out the aquarium today and i found 3 fry! i have them in a bowl and i also have a heater in it. i am feeding them very crushed tropical fish flakes.i also have a little cave kind of thing in the shape of a fish.is everything im doing ok?

Hi Kristen,
They need oxygen, and cannot be kept in a bowl.  By oxygen I mean water movement.  They also need to be in a cycled tank. I would put them back in the aquarium, and hope for the best, or seeing as there are only three, buy a little basket (Hatchery) and put them in the basket until they are big enough to be with the parents.  They should always be kept in the same water they were born in.  Always make sure that you have no ammonia in your water. Do this quickly or you will lose them.
