Hi,
Flour horn cichlids are a hybrid of many different south american cichlids. I don't know the exact types, but I do know how aggressive they can be.

Keep flower horns alone n a big tank with strong filtration. The will eat most live and prepared food. I'm not sure how to breed them, but give me 2 days and I will do some research and ask my friends who do breed them. Send me a fallow up question in 2 days so I can answer your question better.
