QuestionRon
Sorry I just asked you a question about one of my oscars. I have a question on the other. They are each in a tank alone. 75 and 55 gal. I just noticed this one has white cloudiness inside his eye. I only noticed because I check them sometimes with a flashlight and happened to look in his eye. I can only see it when he moves his eye in a certain direction. Do oscar fish get cataracts? could he have hit his eye on a decoration? what to do>? I do 25% water changes every 5-7 days. Should I take more water out? or do more changes? He is healthy eating acting normal at this point.
AnswerHi Fran,
Given that he is the only fish in the tank, banging his eye on something is a very likely explanation. The solution would be to give it time to heal.
