Hope fish will recover

Question
I was cleaning my 10 gallon tank with 2 angel fish,5 cardinal and 5 black neon tetras. So I forgot the water conditioner and I can't believe I did that . As soon as I realized I took the fish out and back into the old water. The angels seem to be fine, I think I will lose some tetras but will the others recover or did I just kill all my fish? This really sucks

Personally, unless I do a water change larger than 50%, I never use conditioner, but I have well water so chlorine isn't a problem, so sorry, but I dont know much about chlorine and fish because of this.

Angels and tetras are both very resilient and fragile at the same time. I would give about 80% chance for recovery for them.
