Swollen mouth and lumps

golfish's mouth My goldfish has developed lumps and swollen lips, and is having a hard time eating. Do you happen to know whats wrong and how I can possibly treat it? He seems to be in pain and I am at a loss...

Hi Nicole,
  Is there something sharp in his tank that he might be chewing? Alternatively, is there another fish in the tank that he might be fighting with? Fish fight by grabbing each others's lips. In general this type of damage should heal up in a few weeks.
