Mollies

Question
I have some mollies and they are about an inch or less long. There are 4 females and 2 males. They seem to eat a lot and I feel bad not to give them the food. How much should I feed them? I've been feeding them 3-4 times a day for like a week now. They seem healthier than the time I bought them. I don't know if the eating a lot thing is because the tank doesn't have a filter. I use bamboo instead and it works fine, I think.

Hi Michiko,
  Most people feed their fish once a day, or at most twice a day.  You really need to think about getting a filter. Otherwise, your tank will be fine for a while and then suddenly everything will be dead one day, once the ammonia level gets too high for the bamboo.
