Question
What is the white spots that are all over their bodies? Its on their mouth and eyes also. I got some medicine for them and that is not working. They have started to die.

It sounds like your convicts have white spot!

Turn your temp up slightly, this reduces the parasites lifespan.

I would do water 25% water changes every other day just before you add treatment.

Also take a water sample to your LFS (local fish store)and let me know the results :)
