troublesome new zebra finch

I have recently introduced 2 new female zebra finches into my aviary, however one of them is being very troublesome and is constantly pecking at the other birds, would I be right to remove her as I have a spare cage, but Im worried if she will be ok on her own.. also i was wondering if maybe she may actually be a young male, could this explain it?

Zebras are known to have pushy personalities. Sounds like her's is just a little more so. Put her in the separate cage next to the aviary and watch her carefully. Sometimes putting them in a separate cage for a couple weeks humbles them. If you reintroduce her to the big cage, only let her in there under direct supervision
