Budgie cere colour

Question
hi my budgie had a brownish cere but at the moment its starting to change to a crusty realy light blue down the bottom its been brown for a year though is there something wrong????

thank you for your question.
If it's a female, then she may have been in breeding mood and is not coming out of it, then the cere changed from being crusty and brown to being smooth and light blue. If it's a male, the brown colour may have been a sign of hormonal problems. Here are pictures that show how the cere looks like in all those cases:
