Cockatiel throwing up

I came home from school and my cockatiel did the usually non stop screaming
and chirping( or whistling) but when I went to see her she was bobbing her head
up and down and foam would come out of her mouth! sometimes she'd just
kinda suck it back up but then others it would just fall to the bottom of her
cage! Is she sick or is this what normal regurgitation looks like?

Hello,
Throwing up happens for several reasons.
1. Your cockatiel could be sick. Which means, you should take him/her to an avian vet as soon as possible.

2. Cockatiels that are "in love" will regurgitate their food for a mate. Or...

From what it sounds like, your cockatiel could be sick.

This could be serious, try taking him/her to the vet for a simple exam, and make sure you are feeding her right also.
